Meet Our Team

OUR TEAM MEMBERS
- Denise Lanning Clark, CPA since 1981, CFP (Certified Financial
Planner) since 1987, started in Public Accounting in 1976 and
founded this firm in 1981. Coach, captain, and mentor.
- Deborah Ryan, CPA since 2004 and with this firm since 1993 working
on corporate tax, partnership tax, and financial statement preparation. She
now practices as Ryan Accounting, PC as an associated firm.
- Jim Henry has been with this firm since 1983 for tax season and
since 2004 year round. He directs the individual tax return
preparation and planning and is our Electronic Filing and Quick
Refunds wizard.
- Linda Wagner has a bachelor’s degree in business management
and accounting and has worked in accounting since 1992. She
has been with the firm since 2003 and works in our payroll tax
and accounting areas.
- Clarissa Linton joined our team in January of 2006, coming from
an IT (computer support) background. She works with payroll
and assisting clients on-site with their computer and bookkeeping
needs.
- Kim Policky and Jan Vostatek are the wind beneath our wings. They
assist all of us, take care of administrative duties and will get
your information to where it belongs and back to you when it’s
complete.
OUR HISTORY
Denise started this firm in 1981 after completing five years with
two other firms. In 1983, Jim started working during tax season
only. By 1987, the home office was too small and moved to its
current location in the Old Silk Stocking historic district. Victorian
Offices on West Taylor Street has been our home since then.
We now serve clients in Howard, Miami, Cass, Tipton, and many other
counties in Indiana and in many other states including Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South
Carolina, California, Illinois, Iowa, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee,
Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, and others. We also have clients
overseas that deal with us via internet.
